MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fill out and sign the membership form, and be proposed for membership by at least two existing members.

2. Residency certificate.

3. Two recent passport-sized photographs.

4. Criminal record certificate.

5. Health report.

6. Receipt proving the payment of the membership fee of 2500 TL.
